Earl Howard McKinnis was born Nov. 12, 1921 to Harley A. and Mary Ann Jones McKinnis. He died May 17, 1942 and is buried in Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.
Cpl. McKinnis served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 27th Material Squadron, 20th Air Base Group and died in a prisoner of war camp in the Philippine Islands.
