Harold Clifford ‘Clifford’ Maakestad was born Nov. 15, 1924 to Leonard and Mabel Hinderaker Maakestad. He died Oct. 27, 2004 and is buried in the Radcliffe Cemetery, Radcliffe, IA.
Harold served with the U.S. Army in World War II with the 71st Signal Service Battalion.
