Roy Nels Lund was born Sept. 9, 1912 to Nels and Mabel W. Anderson Lund. He died Feb. 13, 1943 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.
Sgt. Lund served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 424th Bomber Squadron, 307th Bomber Group, Heavy and was MIA/FOD/KIA and awarded the Air Medal and Purple Heart.
