Norvin E. Lotspeich was born Feb. 1, 1913 to Ralph H. and Bessie Elizabeth Lakin Lotspeich. He died Mar. 8, 1945 and is buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery, Hombourg, Belgium.
2nd Lt. Lotspeich served in World War II with the U.S. Army 273rd Infantry Regiment, 69th Infantry Division and died of wounds received in action and was awarded the Purple Heart.
