Marvin Arlen Larson was born Mar. 26, 1920 to Emmanuel and Caroline Chesling Larson. He died July 6, 1944 and is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove, IA.
Cpl. Larson served in World War II with the U.S. Army Co. C, 242nd Infantry Regt. He was KIA and posthumously awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star Medal.
