Harry E. Larson was born June 12, 1908. He died in Mar. 1977 and is buried in Washington Township Cemetery, Duncombe, IA.

Harry E. Larson, 68, of Des Moines, formerly of Webster City, died Thursday noon at the Veterans’ hospital in Des Moines where he had been a patient for three days.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Foster Funeral home with the Rev. R. Craig Bennett officiating and with burial in the Washington township cemetery at Duncombe.

Harry E. Larson, son of John A. and Bertha Anderson Larson, was born June 12, 1908 at Webster City where he was reared and educated. He then farmed for a short time, entering the U.S. armed services in 1942.

He was married in 1948 and worked in Des Moines for the Wilbert Vault Co. He retired in 1973.

He is survived by one son, Dennis Larson of California; two brothers and two sisters, Carl Larson, Webster City; Adolph Larson of Des Moines; Mrs. Jane Scott, Oxnard, Calif., and Mrs. Esther Jones of Oildale, Calif.

He was preceded in dath by his wife; his parents, two brothers and four sisters.

Mr. Larson was a member of a Baptist church in Des Moines.
