Edward Samuel Kopsa was born Jan. 6, 1920 to Frank Joseph and Alvina Rose Durben Kopsa. He died Jan. 26, 1944 and is buried Sicily-Rome American Cemetery, Nettuno, Italy.
Sgt. Kopsa served in World War II with the U.S. Army 133rd Infantry Regiment, 34th Infantry Division and was KIA in Italy and awarded the Purple Heart.
