Get Commissions in Navy

John Arnett Caylor, 2319 Northview Terrace, Sioux City and Earl Stuart Goodenow of Battle Creek, were graduated today from the United States Naval Reserve midshipmen’s school in New York City with the largest group of naval reserve officers ever to be sworn in at one time. They were commissioned ensigns after completing the four-month V-7 training course. Also graduating with the group and receiving his commission as an ensign was John Sebern Kolp of Manson, Iowa.
