Arlo Burnell Kauffman was born Feb. 6, 1916 to Ralph and Nellie E. Kauffman. He died Sept. 4, 1994 and is buried in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, Des Moines, IA.
Pvt. Kauffman served with the U.S. Army in World War II.
