Wayne Eugene Jensen was born Dec. 21, 1921 to Simon Laurentius “Lawrence" and Anna Christine Thugesen Jensen. He died Mar. 9, 1945 and is buried in Keokuk National Cemetery, Keokuk, IA.
Lt. Jensen served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 416 Night Fighter Squadron. He died in Italy in the service of his country.
