Lester Arthur Holtz was born Jan. 21, 1925 to Simon P. and Elnora “Nora” Winnike Holtz. He died July 5, 1944 and is buried in Calvary Cemetery, West Point, IA.
Pvt. Holtz served in World War II with the U.S. Army 313th Infantry, 79th Division and was KIA in France.
