Jack H. Hiatt was born Nov. 7. 1922 to Walter R. and Katherine L. Grow Hiatt. He died Feb. 18, 1945 and is buried in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, Des Moines, IA.
Cpl. Hiatt served in World War II with the U.S. Army 318th Infantry and was KIA in Germany in the service of his country.
