Oliver Bertle Hays was born Sept. 10, 1919 to Frank and Mary E. Comstock Hays. He died Mar. 22, 1943 and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, North Africa American Cemetery, Tunis, Tunisia.
Lt. Hays served in World War II with the 95th Fighter Squadron, 82nd Fighter Group and was MIA/FOD/KIA and awarded the Purple Heart.
