Doyce Donald Harden was born Sept. 9, 1918 to William J. and Ethel T. Harden. He died Jan. 5, 1943 and is buried in Harper Cemetery, Redfield, IA.
Lt. Harden served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 475th Bomb Squadron, 335th Bomb Group at Barksdale Field, Louisiana where the B-26 bomber, in which he was pilot, crashed.
