Bruce Francis Howar was born July 13, 1912 to John William and Jessie May Triebswetter Howar. He died Jan. 25, 1993 and is buried in Beth El Cemetery, Cheyenne, WY.
Major Howar served with the U.S. Army In World War II with the 34th “Red Bull” Division in Ireland, England, France, Belgium, and Germany. He also served with the 30th general hospital.
