Joseph Albert Harris was born Mar. 16, 1909 to George B. and Minnie Etta Lockard Harris. He died Sept. 30, 1944 and is buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Morning Sun, IA.
Cpl. Harris served in World War II with the U.S. Army 322nd Infantry, 81st Infantry Division and was KIA at Anguar Island.
