John William Gustafson was born Dec. 11, 1915 to Martin Frank and Lena Elizabeth Guy Gustafson. He died Aug. 25, 1943 and memorialized in Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Manila, Philippines.
Lt. Gustafson served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 78th Squadron, 22nd Transport Group. He was MIA in the service of his country.
