Richard Louis Grow was born Aug. 17, 1920 to Samuel and Ruby Grow. He died Dec. 22, 1943 and is buried in Ardennes American Cemetery and Memorial, Neuville-en-Condroz, Liege, Belgium.
Lt. Grow served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 487th Fighter Squadron, 352nd Fighter Group, 8th Air Force and was MIA/KIA over the Netherlands. He was awarded the Purple Heart, Air Medal and Distinguished Flying Cross.
