Roscoe T. Grein was born Aug. 15, 1912. He died June 17, 1944 and is buried in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN. He was originally buried in the 2nd Marine Division Cemetery on Saipan.
Lt. Grein served in World War II with the U.S. Marine Corps 8th Marines and participated in combat operations on Saipan until KIA.
