Paul Joseph ‘Pook’ Gerard was born July 8, 1920 to Edward Joseph and Nina Paulina Clausen Gerard. He died Dec. 22, 1990 and is buried in West Lawn Cemetery, Lehigh, IA.
Pvt. Gerard served with the U.S. Army 168th Rainbow Division, 34th Infantry in the African campaign and Italian drive.
