Charles William “Charlie Bill” Garlock was born Sept. 25, 1914 to Roy Hitt and Ethel Jane Brown Garlock. He died Apr. 28, 1944 and is buried in Cambridge American Cemetery, Cambridge, England.
Petty Officer Garlock served in World War II with the U.S. Navy and died in the service of his country.
