Dennis Dean Garland was born June 20, 1925 to Dennis James and Hazel E. Garland. He died Jan. 14, 1945 and is buried in Keokuk National Cemetery, Keokuk, IA.
Pvt. Garland served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 506 Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division and died of wounds received in the Battle of the Bulge in Belgium.
