Robert Loyal Fulton was born Dec. 18, 1888 to Pearl Loyal and Edith Viola Snook Fulton. He died Dec. 28, 1967 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield, IA.
Col. Fulton served in World War II with the U.S. Army Ordnance Dept. He also served in World War I.
