Delbert Hamilton Foster was born Feb. 29, 1924 to Hamilton J. and Flora Clara Jordan Foster. He died July 23, 1944 and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, North Africa American Cemetery, Tunis, Tunisia.
Pvt. Foster served with the U.S. Army Air Corps 1144th Quartermaster Service Company, Aviation and became MIA in the North African area.
