Kenneth Leroy Foltz was born Jan. 21, 1925 to Victor Leroy and Emma Ellen Bond Foltz. He died Dec. 9, 1944 and is buried in Netherlands American Cemetery, Margraten, Netherlands.
Pvt. Foltz served in World War II with the U.S. Army 121st Infantry Regiment, 8th Infantry Division and was KIA in Germany and awarded the Purple Heart.
