CHICAGO PRIVATE AMONG 8 KILLED IN PLANE CRASH
Tonopah, Nev., Nov. 18 (AP)—The names of four officers and four enlisted men killed in the crash of an army bomber near the air field here yesterday were announced today.
They included Corp. Allen W. Gransee, 22, son of Mrs. Anna Gransee, Wauconda, Ill.; Corp. Harold A. Ellis, 24, husband of Mrs. Gertrude Ellis, Belmond, Ia., and Pvt. Edward E. Zimmerman, 1436 Melrose St., Chicago.

Harold Arvin Ellis was born Jan. 5, 1920 to Arvin and Minnie Steinlicht Ellis. He died Nov. 17, 1944 and is buried in the Belmond Cemetery, Belmond, IA.
Cpl. Ellis served in World War II with Squad T-3, 422nd A.A.F. Base Unit, 4th Air Force.
