Wayne Doty was born Sept. 5, 1922 to Harlan Lynn and Mildred E. Horsley Doty. He died Feb. 25, 2010 and is buried in Fayette National Cemetery, Fayetteville, AR.
Pvt. Doty served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II.
His wife, Carmen Naomi Winey Doty also served in World War II. She was a Lieutenant in the Navy.
