Richard Harcourt “Dick" Donegan was born Apr. 12, 1923 to Phillip Cornelius and Charlotte Chase McHugh Donegan. He died Oct. 27, 1943 and is buried in Cedar Memorial Park, Cedar Rapids, IA.
Cpl. Donegan served in World War II with the U.S. Army 34th Division and was taken prisoner in Tunisia and died in an Italian prison camp.
