Robert Theodore Dochterman was born Nov. 9, 1921 to Louis Jay and Harriet Marie Hollingsworth Dochterman. He died July 11, 1944 and is buried in Normandy American Cemetery, Colleville-sur-Mer, France.
Pvt. Dochterman served in World War II with the U.S. Army 963rd Field Artillery Battalion and was KIA and awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
