Richard Eugene Dickerson was born Dec. 20, 1920 to Lester C. and Arca Laverne Ball Dickerson. He died Nov. 12, 1979 and is buried in Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier, CA.
Petty Officer Dickerson served with the U.S. Coast Guard in World War II.
