Clayton Morse Croft was born Oct. 11, 1922 to Paul William and Alta Irene “Irene” Bussard Croft. He died July 7, 1944 and is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Shenandoah, IA.
Sgt. Croft served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 571st Bomb Squadron, 390th Bomb Group and was MIA/KIA over Horn, Holland.
