William F. Cooper was born Sept. 8, 1922 to Martin F. and Viona Kallenback Cooper. He died Oct. 29, 1944 and is buried in Saint Josephs Cemetery, Clinton, IA.
Pvt. Cooper served in World War II with the U.S. Army 382nd Infantry, 96th Infantry Division and was KIA on Leyte, Philippine Islands.
