Robert H. Combs was born Feb. 24, 1919. He died Aug. 10, 1943 and is buried in Keokuk National Cemetery, Keokuk, IA. He was initially buried in Adak Island Post Cemetery #2, Alaska.
Lt. Combs served in World War II with the 11th Fighter Squadron, 343rd Fighter Group and died in the service of his country.
