Joseph Milton “Joe” Colby was born Mar. 17, 1904 to Joseph E. and Millie J. Eiel Colby. He died Oct. 18, 1974 and is buried in the United States Military Academy Post Cemetery, West Point, NY.
General Colby served with the U.S. Army in World War II and Korea.
