Frank Burr Clemons, Jr. was born July 19, 1920 to Franklin Burr and Rosa Meier Clemons. He died May 15, 1943 and has a cenotaph in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Pleasant Valley, IA.
1st Lt. Clemons served in World War II with the U.S. Army 306th Bomb Group and was MIA/KIA when his plane was shot down over the North Sea.
