Theodore F. Chase was born June 23, 1919 to Myron J. and Viola Elsie Chase. He died May 30, 1944 and is buried in Sicily-Rome American Cemetery and Memorial, Nettuno, Italy.
Sgt. Chase served in World War II with the U.S. Army 36th Reconnaissance Troop, 36th Infantry Division and was KIA near Velleri, Italy. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
