Robert C. Charipar was born May 16, 1924 to Emil Joseph and Ellen Florence Lynette Charipar. He died Feb. 18, 1945 and is buried in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Cedar Rapids, IA.
Pvt. Charipar served in World War II with the U.S. Army 318th Infantry, 80th Infantry Division and was KIA in Germany.
