Owen Vincent Burns was born July 8, 1907 to George H. and Belle B. Salmon Burns. He died Mar. 26, 1945 and is buried in Lorraine American Cemetery, St. Avold, France.
Pvt. Burns served in World War II with the U.S. Army 7th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division and was KIA and was awarded the Purple Heart.
