Jake Boeyink, who came home from the navy recently after having received a medical discharge went back to his work at the depot on Thursday morning, where he was employed previous to his entrance into the service.

Jacob Stanley “Jake” Boeyink was born Dec. 13, 1913 to Ralph and Agnes Muilenberg Boeyink. He died Oct. 23, 1948 and is buried in Memory Gardens Sioux Center Cemetery, Sioux Center, IA.
