Robert Wallace Beener was born Jan. 19, 1922 to Fred Joseph and Cora Alice Williams Beener. He died Mar. 19, 1945 and is buried in Glendale Cemetery, Des Moines, IA.
Pvt. Beener served in World War II with the U.S. Army 142nd Engineer Combat Battalion and died of wounds received in action in France.
