Onie Orville Butt was born Nov. 10, 1920 to Squire George and Hattie Eva Nettie Tillman Butt. He died May 7, 1944 and is buried in Monmouth Cemetery, Monmouth, IA.
Sgt. Butt served in World War II and died at Schick Hospital in Clinton, Iowa while serving in the Army Air Corps while in the service of his country.
