Eugene Stanley Brown was born Sept. 22, 1916 to Harry Eugene and Grace Leora Brown. He died Nov. 19, 1944 and is buried in Netherlands American Cemetery, Margraten, Netherlands.
Sgt. Brown served in World War II with the U.S. Army 743rd Tank Battalion and was KIA in Germany and awarded the Purple Heart.
