Robert Keith Brooks was born Oct. 28, 1906 to Webb Washington and Emma Agnes Laughlin Brooks. He died Jan. 16, 1973 and is buried in Lakeland Memorial Park, Monroe, NC.
1st Lt. Brooks served in World War II with the U.S. Army in the European Theatre.
