David Alan Blinks was born Nov. 30, 1925 to Albert C. and Emily Irene Blinks. He died Feb. 4, 1945 and is buried in Netherlands American Cemetery, Margraten, Netherlands.
Pvt. Blinks served in World War II with the 310th Infantry Regiment, 78th Infantry Division and was KIA in Germany and awarded the Purple Heart.
