Henry Denzel Auwarter was born Mar. 19, 1921 to Herman O. and Anna Mae Wright Auwarter. He died July 11, 1943 and is buried in Sicily-Rome American Cemetery, Nettuno, Italy.
Pvt. Auwarter served in World War II with the U.S. Army 7th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division and was KIA in the north African area and awarded the Purple Heart.
