Harold Herbert Ault was born Feb. 16, 1911 to Ross Herbert and Hazel Belle Stowe Ault. He died Nov. 16, 1944 and is buried in Lorraine American Cemetery, St. Avold, France and is memorialized in Byers Cemetery, Elkhart, IA.
Sgt. Ault served in World War II with the U.S. Army 702nd Tank Battalion and died in France while serving his country. He was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
