Lisle Franklin “Bud” Acree was born Dec. 22, 1923 to Clare and Lyra Leona Kirby Acree. He died Aug. 12, 2010 and is buried in Hillside Cemetery, Elliott, IA.
Bud served in World War II with the U.S. Army 109th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Automatic Weapons Battalion.
