Pvt. Kenneth Trometer arrived here Monday from Camp Fannin, Texas, and is visiting his family and other relatives and friends in Hinton.

IN UNIFORM
Kenneth C. Trometer, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. A. Trometer, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. A. Trometer, 1608 LaPlante street, who has been serving as a private with the 32d infantry division in the Philippines, has been assigned to the 32d Red Arrow division now fighting on Luzon. He has been in service since June, 1944. His wife and their children reside in Hinton. A brother, Leslie L. Trometer, is a first class private with an engineer unit in France.

Kenneth Clayton Trometer was born June 19, 1917 to Martin Andrew and Maisie May Fursee Trometer. He died Apr. 11, 1993 and is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Sioux City, IA.
