LOCAL MEN ARE GIVEN PROMOTIONS
Given temporary promotions from second to first lieutenants are two Council Bluffs men, the war department said at Washington Thursday. They are Francis A. Farlday, Jr., and Hubert Tinley, Jr., both infantry officers.
