Robert R. Humphrey, 3510 Third avenue, Robert F. Percival, 2220 Lafayette street, and Harold E. Pratt, of Whiting, Ia., were among the first contingent of naval aviation cadets leaving the Ottumwa naval air station, Ia., for civilian life. The group went to the Navy personnel separation center, Minneapolis.

Harold Eugene Pratt was born July 4, 1925 to Roy Robert and Mary Miller Pratt. He died in 1966 and is buried in Harrison Cemetery, Whiting, IA.
